Essential operation
The hosting platform may use essential session and security mechanisms, including authentication for a private site. The application does not load advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. The form retains unsent details in the current page while you use it; it does not save a case file in browser local storage.
Local preferences and receipt reference
The browser may store tl-measurement in local storage to remember whether optional interaction measurement is enabled. This preference remains until you change it or clear browser storage. A last-receipt reference and event de-duplication identifiers may be held in session storage for the current tab. The receipt reference contains no contact details or case description.
Optional measurement
If you enable measurement, anonymous event payloads describe contact clicks or successfully received requests. They do not contain your contact details, case narrative or legal answers. Successful form events are created after database acceptance; a WhatsApp click is not treated as proof that a message was sent. No Google Ads account, tag or conversion label is connected.
Campaign links
Recognised campaign parameters may be carried in internal links and submitted with an enquiry to retain the route by which the request arrived. The parameters are limited to campaign fields such as source, medium, campaign and click identifiers. Do not place personal details in campaign links.
Change your choice
Use Cookie preferences to keep optional measurement off or enable it. Withdrawing permission stops future optional events; it does not automatically delete records already lawfully received. Clearing browser storage also removes the saved preference. External sites such as WhatsApp have their own cookies and privacy policies.
