Who is responsible?
The professional contact and data controller for legal enquiries is Av. Murat Adar, Merkez Mah. 674. Sk. No:10 D:10, Bağcılar, Istanbul, Türkiye. You can contact the office at +90 545 271 78 05 or use the contact form for a privacy request. Do not send identity documents until an appropriate identity-check and exchange method is agreed.
What the enquiry form collects
The form collects your country, legal topic, selected short answers and, if you choose to provide it, your first name. It does not ask for your email address, telephone number, street address or an open-ended case description. The page from which you started and limited campaign parameters present in the link may accompany the request. A random request reference and receipt time are recorded. The selected answers are placed in a WhatsApp message that you review and send yourself.
Why information is processed
The purpose is to assess whether assistance can be offered, respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation, identify possible conflicts and maintain a record of the request. Depending on the circumstances, processing may rely on steps requested before an engagement, the establishment or protection of rights, legal obligations or a balanced legitimate interest under the applicable law. A privacy acknowledgement records that you have read this notice; it is not a blanket waiver or an agreement to marketing.
Minimise sensitive information
The first-contact form is not a secure case-file upload channel. It does not request passports, identity numbers, passwords, complete banking records, health records or detailed criminal allegations. Please provide a brief general description. Special-category data and detailed case material require a separate assessment of necessity, legal basis and appropriate safeguards before collection.
Storage, access and service providers
Enquiries are stored in the site’s database and are not displayed in a public directory. The hosting infrastructure uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare services. Authorised administration of the site can access enquiry records. There is no public endpoint that lists contact details or case descriptions. Infrastructure providers may process technical request information to operate and secure the service. No exact data-residency guarantee is made.
External messaging and international transfers
Opening WhatsApp takes you to an external service operated under its own terms and privacy policy. A prepared message is sent only when you choose to send it there. Hosting, messaging and communications may involve processing outside your country or Turkey. Applicable transfer mechanisms, provider terms and any additional international privacy duties must be assessed for the actual operation; this notice does not claim universal KVKK or GDPR compliance.
Optional measurement
Optional interaction measurement is off by default. If enabled in Cookie preferences, the site records limited contact-click and successful-request event names, random event identifiers and time. Measurement events exclude names, email addresses, telephone numbers, descriptions and legal-topic answers. No Google Ads or analytics script is active in this release. Choosing not to enable measurement does not prevent an enquiry.
Retention and security
Initial enquiry records use a 90-day retention window in the application. Expired records are removed during enquiry-processing maintenance, and receipt verification excludes records older than 90 days. If an engagement begins, the necessary client file is handled under a separate retention and professional-duty assessment. Security controls include server-side validation, restricted database access, duplicate-request handling and rate limits. Hourly pseudonymous rate-limit keys expire after a short security window. No website can promise absolute security.
Your rights and requests
Depending on the applicable law, you may ask about processing, access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection and relevant transfers. Under Turkish Law No. 6698, Article 11 sets out data-subject rights. Send a request through the office contact channels; identity may need to be verified proportionately. You may also have rights to complain to the competent supervisory authority. A request to delete data is assessed alongside legal duties and the need to establish or protect rights.
Children and urgent matters
This site is intended for adults seeking legal information or assistance. Do not submit a child’s sensitive details through the initial form. The form is not continuously monitored and does not protect a legal deadline. For immediate danger or a medical emergency in Turkey, call 112.
Updates
