For a divorce, ask the issuing court which document establishes finality; a Rechtskraftvermerk may be relevant. Provide the complete decision and any separate financial or child-related order. For inheritance, German civil records, earlier surnames and Turkish registration may need to be connected. Do not assume a German inheritance document alone transfers Turkish land.
Prepare the Turkish part of the matter
Before a notarial or consular appointment, have the proposed Turkish authority reviewed. The local issuing authority and authentication route depend on the document. State the German city where the document was issued rather than only the country. If a Turkish claim has been served in Germany, preserve the envelope and delivery record and identify the deadline immediately.
