The issuing country matters more than your current address
A document made in another country does not become a UAE document because its holder lives in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. The authentication chain follows the relevant instrument and legal framework. Check the current treaty position and any legalisation or exemption route for that document rather than assuming an apostille is always available.
Prepare the Turkish part of the matter
For Turkish property, review buyer eligibility, title, seller authority and the payment structure separately. Property ownership does not guarantee a Turkish residence permit or citizenship. If a company is involved, distinguish the corporate owner from the individual signatory and obtain the necessary representation records.
A practical plan from where you live
For family or inheritance work, explain every relevant nationality, place of marriage, residence and asset location. A decision’s recognition in Turkey and its effect in the UAE may require separate advice. What to include in your first enquiry
