Corporate authority and special acts need care
Acting personally differs from representing a foreign company. A mission’s ability to prepare the requested instrument may depend on its nature and the applicant’s capacity. Confirm the route rather than assuming that all foreign corporate documents can be dealt with as an individual consular power. Keep the final instrument and any supporting records together.

An expiry date or scope limitation should be deliberate. A power of attorney does not itself settle the lawyer’s fee or create permission to act outside the agreed engagement.
