Obtain the decision through the proper route

Plan a lawful response
Attendance, objections, review of restrictions and representation depend on the order. Avoid advice based on generic promises of border clearance or release. Foreign travel plans and consular assistance do not override a Turkish decision. The lawyer should explain the available steps from the evidence without suggesting evasion of the authorities.
Defence rights and language access
