THE SHORT ANSWER

A useful fee discussion separates the legal work from official charges, translation, notarial acts, experts, travel and later enforcement. A website enquiry does not commit you to a paid service.

01

Define the service before comparing a price

A first consultation, written document review, court case, appeal and enforcement process are different engagements. Ask what deliverable is included, which tasks are excluded and when further approval is required. In a cross-border matter, missing documents and service abroad can materially affect work. Professional fees must be considered under the applicable Turkish rules and fee framework.

02

Separate fees from expenses

Court charges, official extracts, translations, authentication, notarial acts, experts and international delivery can be payable to different recipients. An estimate should explain assumptions and variables. If foreign currency or international transfer is involved, agree currency, bank charges and the payment reference. Verify payment instructions directly before sending money, especially when details change.

03

Avoid outcome-based assumptions

Paying a fee does not buy a guaranteed judgment, recovery, release or citizenship decision. Settlement, withdrawal, an appeal or a change of scope may affect the engagement and costs. Read the written terms and ask about reporting and termination. The site does not collect online payments or display an invented fixed-price package.
